With the number of homes listed for sale here in Uxbridge at the end of August being less than 35% of August 2013 and less than 50% in any of the last four years the supply demand equation is drastically tipped in favour of the seller

This past month there were 32 new listings and 34 residential sales reported by the Toronto Real Estate Board for Uxbridge. The 34 sales represents a 15 % decrease from the 40 sales last month.
