If one were to look at the December Average Home Sale Price of $875,967 For December 2015 here in Uxbridge one would think that prices are skyrocketing compared to one year ago when the average was $516,790. With only 10 sales for the month looking at the average is very misleading as there were insufficient sales to present a true indication of the average home values in Uxbridge. 

The number of active listings continues to lag well behind the seasonal numbers with a 18.75% drop from December last year while sales year to date and for the month are both down slightly.

YTD the number of new listings was up slightly last month  by 0.18%  from last year with sales YTD, are down slightly, but still in line with the past several years.

Meanwhile average prices for homes sold in Uxbridge continues to climb with the average price YTD up 7.52% over last year.
