“Are We Headed Into The Summer Time Doldrums”
With all the Canada Day activity and the start of the summer holidays you would think that things would have quieted down a bit. A slight uptick in sales over the last seven days would indicate otherwise when compared with the last seven days of June.
June Was Still A Very Hot Market
With a record breaking 48 sales in June despite the low inventory it was the busiest June since we started keeping track in 2009.

This past month there were 69 new listings and 48 residential sales reported by the Toronto Real Estate Board for Uxbridge. The 48 sales represents a 2.04% decrease from the 49 sales last month
