Recent Sales Highlights

The shortage of listings here in Uxbridge is continuing to push asking prices upward for certain type of homes in demand areas.

Over the last 14 days there have been 10 residential single family home sales in Uxbridge, of those only two sold over asking.

Two homes sold for the asking price and 5 sold from $4,900 to $34,000 less than asking. On average the 10 homes sold for $3,719 less than asking.

Over the same period there were 5 price changes, 4 reductions ranging from $25,112 up to $100,000, and one price increase of $100,000. One of these properties subsequently sold for more than the reduced asking price and one for more than the new price.
