Recovery is the key word this month with a very strong increase in the number of sales (up 50% from June last year ) and only down 1.22% for the year to date.

This past month there were 84 new listings and 54 residential sales reported by the Toronto Real Estate Board for Uxbridge. The 54 sales represents a 107.69% increase from the 26 sales last month and a 50% increase from the same month last year.
